Make sure the IMEI of your device matches the IMEI in your contract
Dial *060*3# or check the IMEI in the Beeline app

Doesn't match? Select an option to change it
- Change the IMEI in the Beeline app
- Or visit a Beeline office with your passport and provide the IMEI of your current device
- Or replace the SIM card to the device specified in the contract

Identify yourself through Gosuslugi (State Services portal)
This is required after each IMEI change in the contract
